Oh, What Do We Do In The Summertime?

We sit in the shade, drink lemonade, and watch the parade go by. Or some people run races and relays like Ragnar. June 17 and 18, four members of our family ran in the humongous relay for over a hundred of miles--through the day and the night. Three ran for the Cho Mamas-Jen, Hilary and Adam. Taylor ran with the Icon group. We are so amazed and proud of all of them. Steve always helps out at the race. I babysit. I get the best part.
After the relay, we all met up to congratulate the runners. Then we took the grandkids home while Jen, Tay, Libbie and Jeff stayed at a hotel in Park City. How fortunate we were to have these family members together for a few days.

Britton receives his scouting award at the local park. Way to go, Britton!

That Sunday afternoon we took dinner to Grandpa and Grandma K. It was delightful to sit on their big patio with the mountain backdrop and enjoy the good food and companionship. We're greatful that Dad and Ann are doing as well as they are. It's fun to visit them at their beautiful home.

Benson, Sadie, Will and Jen enjoy their jumping room set up in the yard.
We pause for a 4 generation photo with my Dad. Sadie takes a lick of a veggie sandwhich later that week. I just couldn't resist sharing this cute photo.
