My day started with an early morning visit to the temple. That's one of my favorite things to do. After taking care of a few business items, I joined a group from our Relief Society and Mitch, an aspiring Eagle candidate, to help organize our donations to the Zimbabwe project we are working on. Our ward member Joy, below, grew up in Zimbabwe and has a sister there so she is our link for this project.
Throughout the day, I was able to fit in some more work, a trip to Sunflower Market for produce, some visiting teaching, another trip to the temple, and an evening of making pineapple/apricot jam while listening to Glenn Beck's Restoring Courage program in Jerusalem. Thanks to Jackie & Val for the apricots. The jam turned out so yummy. Thanks to Glenn for inspiring so many people to take a stand with Israel and take personal responsibility to be honest, courageous, kind and peaceful. May people of all faiths stand together for truth and liberty and turn to God for guidance.

The jam looks yummy! Glad you were able to put those apricots to good use....we gobbled our few right up!
Glad you could take those apricots off our hands. Happy you like them. All I can say is it was a VERY good year for them.
